FAQ
Ordering
How long does my order take?
Every Mac Caddy piece is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, U.S. delivery typically takes 1-8 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is headed. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically arrive 7-21 business days after production.
Sizing and fit
How do Mac Caddy products fit?
Our polos run true to size with a comfortable athletic fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact chest, neck, sleeve, and length measurements before you order.
What if I order the wrong size?
We will exchange it. If the fit is not right, email support@maccaddygolf.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will make you the right size - one exchange per order. You cover shipping both ways.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final - with one exception: sizing. If the fit is not right, we will exchange your item for a different size one time within 30 days of delivery. Email support@maccaddygolf.com with your order number to start an exchange. Beyond that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong color. If your item arrives with a defect, damage, misprint, or is incorrect, file a claim within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@maccaddygolf.com with your order number, a description, and photos. Approved claims get a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Products
What does made to order mean?
We produce your gear after you order it instead of sitting on warehouse shelves. That is why production takes 2-5 business days - and why every piece is fresh.
How do I care for my Mac Caddy gear?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. The performance fabrics are built to hold their shape and color.
