Refund policy
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind. Please review all product descriptions, color options, and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at maccaddygolf@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the entire item and the problem
Once we review your claim, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.
RETURNS
Please contact us before attempting to return an item. Items sent to Mac Caddy or directly to our fulfillment provider without prior authorization will not be accepted. Do not send returns to the address shown on your original package.
SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
